Projects Under Construction

This expansion and renovation projects consists of existing 120 unit apartments and a community building along with the addition of 62 new units, all on the same footprint.  Residents of the new affordable apartments at Shorebreeze will be income qualified with a preference given to applicants who live and/or work in Mountain View, and 20 apartments will be set aside for households at risk of homelessness.

Design of a new two-story residence that will connect to a new single story recreation center along with two single-story detached structures,

which are a 2-car garage and 2-car garage with a covered carport.

This low income housing project includes eight new two-story buildings and one new single-story community building. The community clubhouse includes a lobby/lounge, a computer lab, full kitchen, a variety of activity and meeting rooms, administrative offices, and laundry.  Along with carports and a trash enclosure.

Phase 2 in the planned neighborhood hub of the Sonoma Springs Mixed-use Project is this three-story Senior Housing apartment building which will consist of 40 units and is approximately 38,000 sq ft.
