Affordable Housing

Affordable Housing

We are especially passionate about working on affordable housing projects.
As a teenager, our Founder, Thuy was inspired by her instructor to take the path of architecture. However, this period of time in her life was a tough one. With the loss of her sister, and the financial burdens that followed, it left her family without a home. That experience fueled Thuy’s desire to help the homeless and people in need. Eventually, her architectural influence led to her decision to study Civil Engineering at Cal Poly SLO and became a licensed Structural Engineer!

In recent years, Thuy and the ESE team have worked on several affordable housing projects, including multi-unit residences and senior housing developments. We continue to do our part to implement solutions to resolve the ever-growing housing crisis in the Bay Area. She considers these to be some of her greatest successes and finds it to be “great for the spirit.” Thuy continues to be motivated by the energy and enthusiasm of her team and encourages them all to “Dream big!”
