Stunning new 5,000 sf two-story residence over attached garage. Being located on a sloped lot called for some unique design analysis. The roof deck above the garage was designed using concrete over metal.

Beautiful transformation of ranch style house into a contemporary home. 3,750 sq ft rear addition to an existing single-story structure. Design included a covered porch and extensive interior remodel of the front living area, with a new skylight and transom at the foyer. We utilized the pipe and column hidden steel beams to support the large cantilever roof and corner-less window support.

Spectacular views inside and out for this new 2-Story residence over partial basement. Our engineering challenge was to incorporate the massive seismic steel frame as an architectural feature. Also included expansive sliders and windows and the design of additional accessory structure and site retaining walls.
